I worked with Maciej as Product Manager in the team where Maciej was working as Senior Engineer. First of all, Maciej is fun and very kind person to work with, which is definitely a plus. As Product Manager I appreciated the fact that Maciej would always be available to help, explain things very clearly and find solutions. He would understand the customer and business impacts of our projects, which is a great help when prioritisation is needed. He also has lot of experience in directly managing the relationships with external providers, which allows him to be fully autonomous when working in a project that requires external integrations. Maciej is not scared of complex problems, especially on topics he is not expert about: he will just jump into them, understand them in no time and put order or bring improvements wherever is needed. On topics he knows very well (b2b payment and fraud to name some), he would always find very efficient ways to fix, document things and propose better solutions.

Maciej is somehow a life insurance when it comes to Drupal & Drupal Commerce matters. He is very professional, understands quickly, says what he does and does what he says, always shows a good spirit. In short : he is the kind of person you want in your dev team.
